34th Annual Country Showdown Returned To Rochelle Saturday

It was a packed house at Paddock Hall Saturday for the 34th Annual Country Showdown, as it returned to Rochelle Saturday afternoon, where artists and bands compete to move onto Nashville at a chance of $100,000 and a recording contract. The winner in The Coyote’s local division was Tim Gleason from Yorkville Illinois, runner up was Olivia Dvorak from Rockford. The winner now moves onto perform at Northern Lights Casino in Minnesota in October, with the finals in Nashville next spring.
