People in Illinois paying for individual health insurance plans could see a rise in costs next year. A list posted on the healthcare.gov website shows a large number of health providers requesting rate increases for 2016, including plans offered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and Assurant Health. In some cases, providers want to raise premiums by more than 30-percent.
