Rahm Emanuel will be serving another term as mayor of Chicago. The mayor was re-elected to four more years after beating out challenger Jesus "Chuy" Garcia during yesterday's runoff election. He thanked voters during his victory speech last night for giving him a second chance to make the city a better place. Emanuel held 56-percent of the vote compared to Garcia's 44-percent with nearly 100-percent of the precincts reporting.
