The City of Rochelle is pleased to announce the launch of our new Railfan Park website: rochellerailroadpark.org.
The new site features photos taken by train enthusiasts from around the country and local pictures.
Visitors to the site have the opportunity to learn the history of the Whitcomb Locomotive and how the two railroads that intersect here today came to be. The site also advertises our annual Railroad Days celebration. Through the website, railfans are connected to the Trains Magazine webcam to watch Rochelle’s rail traffic live from anywhere in the world.
