The branding study being done for the city of Rochelle is scheduled to begin next month.
Roger Brooks International has been chosen at a price tag of $100,000 to change the image of the Hub City.
A problem that the community is faced with right now is that more than 70 percent of people who work in Rochelle do not live in the community.
Interviews with local businesses will take place on March 4th. The gathering will be an input session about the features of Rochelle.
The questions will cover individual visions for Rochelle's future along with facts about the city.
2 public meetings have been scheduled for March 5th and 6th at Paddock Hall in the Hickory Grove Banquet and Conference Center. Roger Brooks will be at the meetings as he will talk about his views dealing with the future in Rochelle.
He will offer low-cost ways to increase business revenues and tourism spending for the community.
The branding study for Rochelle is expected to take several months to complete.
