Rochelle police arrested a Steward man on drug charges yesterday afternoon following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Illinois 251 North.
22-year old Casey Brown has been arrested on the charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, ecstasy, along with drug paraphernalia.
Brown's car was originally stopped for speeding which he also received a ticket for.
He was transported to the Ogle County jail in Oregon without bond following the arrest.
