Two Universities in Chicago are now officially semi-finalists to be the host of the Barack Obama presidential library. The University of Chicago and University of Illinois at Chicago made the list after submitting proposals yesterday that outline their plans to be the future location of the library. The University of Hawaii of Honolulu and Columbia University in New York are the other two in the running. President Obama and the First Lady are expected to announce a winner by the end of March.
