The Illinois state bar association is planning a challenge to the state's DUI law. They want to change the provision that allows anyone who has marijuana in his system to be charged with a DUI, even if their use of pot was not concurrent with the time of the crash. The bar association says the law should only apply to illegal drug users if they were impaired at the time of the crash.
