Police in Loves Park say 21-year-old William Bigel of Rockford is being held in Florida in connection with a series of 50 threats, including creating a Facebook page in the name of a girl who died last month. The family of Megan Schulz says the phony Facebook page implied that Schulz had been sexually abused and had died of AIDS when she actually succumbed to a congenital brain defect. Bigel is being held in Beverly Hills, Florida for violating his probation on a stalking incident.
