Bond remains at $750,000 for a former Rochelle man after being arrested on the felony offense of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
37-year old Martin Zuniga of Rockford was charged with the alleged incident.
The victim was a 7-year old girl that he knew.
Following an arraignment yesterday, Zuniga was given a preliminary hearing date of October 22nd in Oregon. At that time, he will plead guilty or innocent to the felony offense.
Zuniga remains in jail in lieu of bond.
