City Engineer, Sam Tesreau, has announced that Creston Road, east of I-39 at Swamp Road, will be closed to traffic beginning this morning at 8 in order to perform drainage improvements, tile replacements and other associated restoration work in the area. A detour will be posted at Dement and Mulford Roads.
It is expected the roadway will be open for traffic by 4pm on Thursday. Residents and motorist are reminded to pay special attention to the advance warning signage, posted detour routes, road closed barricades and other temporary traffic control devices within the work zone.
