IDOT wants motorcycle riders to take advantage of free training classes. Classes are offered for several different riding levels and come with about 20-hours of hands-on instruction. motorcycles and helmets are supplied during the class. Students just need to wear proper riding clothes which include over the ankle footwear, long pants, long sleeve shirt or jacket, gloves, and eye protection.
