A Rochelle man is back on the streets today after he was arrested on Wednesday on 4 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
34-year old Robert Bosek was charged with the felony offense.
Officials say that Bosek knew the female victim. The alleged incident took place between June 1st and August 18th of this year.
Ogle County Sheriff's Police investigated the case.
Bosek was back in court yesterday for a hearing. He has posted 10 percent of the $50,000 bond and was released from the Ogle County jail.
Bosek returns to court next Friday, September 12th, for another hearing.
