Rochelle police kept busy on I-88 yesterday as they issued 17 speeding tickets to motorists.
The drivers were from various locations. This included the suburbs, DeKalb, Aurora, and Iowa.
No tickets were written for over 90 miles per hour. The speed limit on I-88 near Rochelle is 70 miles per hour.
The tickets were written only a few miles east or west of Illinois 251 on I-88.
