A DeKalb man has received a sentence of 5 years in the Department of Corrections after he pled guilty in Ogle County court yesterday following a gun incident in Rochelle.
21-year old Jonathon Talyor was arrested on the felony offense of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of a firearm by a street gang member.
The arrest took place following a traffic stop by Rochelle police last April. A handgun was found in the vehicle.
