Terence Doddy pleaded not guilty to murder charges Friday. He faces 15 charges including 11 counts of murder, one count robbery, one count possession of a stolen motor vehicle, one count possession of a stolen credit card and one count of concealment of a homicidal death. A grand jury returned the 15-count indictment on Doddy. A Winnebago County Judge has ordered no bond at this time. Doddy's assigned public defender Brad Morrison said at some point he would ask bond to be set. The first court appearance is scheduled for August 28th.
The 36-year old Doddy was arrested earlier this month after he crashed the stolen car he was driving off Highway 81 near Beloit. He was wanted for the murder of 37-year old Todd Hansmeier of Rockford and 44-year old Tonya Bargman of Monticello, Illinois who was killed at a rest area near Paw Paw in Lee County.
