A Wisconsin man was arrested by Ogle County Deputies following a reckless drving complaint Monday evening at 5:40 in the 4000 block of Route 251. 47 year old Rodney Schroeder of Johnson Creek, Wisconsin was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. He also received a citation for Improper Lane Usage. Schroeder was transported to the Ogle County Correctional Center and held in lieu of bond. Ogle County Deputies were assisted by the Illinois State Police and Rochelle Police.
Ogle County Deputies performed a traffic stop Monday night at 7:45 just into Whiteside Country on Pilgrim Road. After investigation Deputies placed 31 year old Brett Hopkins of Morrision under arrest for a Failure to Appear Whiteside County Warrant and Driving While License Suspended. Hopkins was also issued a citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle. Hopkins was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
Ogle County Deputies arrested 30 year old Christopher Blackman of Morrison in Stephenson Co. on an outstanding Ogle County Warrant for Driving Under the Influence. Blackman is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
Two teens were arrested by Ogle County Deputies following a citizen complaint at 12380 West Haldane Road in the County. After investigation Deputies placed 19 year old Michael Allen of Haldane and 18 year old Jesse Ratledge of Haldane under arrest for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by Minors. Allen and Ratledge were transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. The incident took place Monday night at around 11:20.
