A Rockford man is scheduled to make his 1st court appearance today in Wisconsin after 2 people were murdered in the area last week.
36-year old Terence Doddy was released from a hospital yesterday after he crashed a stolen car he was driving on July 4th following a high speed chase with police.
He was wanted in the killing of 37-year old Todd Hansmeier of Rockford and 44-year old Tonya Bargman of Monticello, Illinois which took place last week.
The car chase Friday ended off Highway 81, just west of Beloit. Doddy struggled with police prior to being taken into custody. He was tazered during the confrontation.
Doddy is currently in the Rock County jail in Wisconsin. It's unknown at this time when he will be extridited to Rockford for the murder charge.
