An Ogle County judge set bond at $250,000 yesterday for a Kings man after being arrested on the felony offense of obstructing justice.
35-year old Anthony King remains in jail following the arrest.
Ogle County Sheriff's Police began the investigation in the alleged incident a month ago which involved an 11 year old girl.
King returns to court on June 27th for an araignment.
Sheriff's police continue to investigate the alleged incident.
