Officials at Rochelle Community Hospital are looking at the possibility of adding on to their current facility in reference to a 2-story medical office bulding.
It would be located south of the hospital. RCH has already bought 2 homes in the area and plan to close on a 3rd residence in the near future.
During yesterday's program "Let The People Know", CEO Mark Batty talked about the project. He said a final decision on the 2 story medical building is expected to be made in June. Construction could begin by the end of the year or Spring of 2015.
He said RCH would like to get more of their doctors on site with the new building.
