The National Security Agency is denying that it was aware and exploited the Heartbleed cyberbug. An NSA spokesman said the agency only became aware of the bug when it was made public. The recently-discovered bug allowed hackers to access personal data from websites. A report in "Bloomberg" claimed the NSA knew about the bug, but decided to keep it secret so it could use the glitch to gather critical intelligence. The Heartbleed bug is believed to impact up to two-thirds of the world's websites.
