Racine County authorities are expected to hold a news conference this afternoon to announce the arrest of a suspect in the 1997 murder of a Palatine teen. Amber Creek was 14 when her battered body was found in a Racine County marsh 17 years ago. She was not identified until more than a year later with dental records and an online missing child database.
