Rockford’s new Pilot Police District night shift is being credited with making a key arrest of a wanted parolee. Acting on a tip, officers arrested 24-year-old Jordan Garcia at an area bar. Garcia was on parole for a 2011 marijuana conviction and was wanted on a warrant in Ogle County. He had a 45-caliber weapon at the bar when he was arrested early Saturday morning.
