An Ogle County judge set bond at $25,000 for a Mt. Morris woman following a domestic confrontation on New Year's Eve which involved a knife.
52-year old Cheryl Combs has been arrested on the felony offense of aggravated battery and the misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
The altercation took place at 3747 West Route 64, lot 36. The fight was between Combs and 52-year old Michael Einhorn of Mt. Morris, her fiance.
Einhorn suffered 2 cut marks on his left hand from a knife allegedly used by Combs. He received treatment at the scene from Mt. Morris fire department personnel.
Combs remains in jail in lieu of bond. She returns to court for an arraignment on January 17th in Oregon.
