Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich may have a little more hope after today's appeals court hearing. Judges tried to differentiate Blagojevich's attempt to parlay his right to appoint Barack Obama's successor to the Senate in 2008 into a cabinet position from general political "horse-trading." A ruling in Blagojevich's appeal isn't expected for weeks. He's currently serving a 14-year sentence.
