What's Cookin' which premiered on March 29 at Oak Lane in Oregon was the first ever cooking event in the Oregon area. A take off of the popular 30 Men Who Cook which happens annually in Rochelle, What's Cookin' brings local cooks together to support the senior centers in Ogle County.
What's Cookin' will be holding a Halloween Party to help with advertising for their 2015 event. Costume contest, 50/50 drawings and music provided by Lyle Grobe and the Rhythm Ramblers will be the attractions for the evening.
This will also be the event to kick start a raffle event that What's Cookin' and Oregon Lions Club will be holding and will also be the event to sign up your team for the 2015 event to to be a sponsor of the event.
Ogle County is full of caring people and this is where we all can come together for the seniors. Rock River Center supports this event and looks forward to a great What's Cookin' event.
