Saturday, August 4 2012 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM
The Illinois Child Identification Program (IL CHIP) will be at the Kids Zone this year from 11am-4pm. Kids Zone, part of the Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival, will be located at the Flagg-Rochelle Public Library 619 Fourth Avenue. This is a program sponsored by the Freemasons of Illinois. This program is FREE OF CHARGE TO PARENTS. This program gives parents a color photo, DNA sample, fingerprints and a recorded interview of their child. The Masons of Illinois fund the entire cost and give parents everything they would need to give authorities if their child is lost. The IL Chip program keeps only the parental permission form.
