What is a Quarter Auction?

The concept is this...purchase numbered paddles (you chose how many). Each vendor will give a detail of their item to Auction. Based on the retail value of the item will determine how many quarters it will cost per paddle for that item. Example...Item is worth 1 quarter than you would put in 1 quarter for each paddle you have purchased. If the winning number is the same number of the paddles you put the quarter in for than you have won that item. If you DID NOT put a quarter in and the number is called you DID NOT win the item.
