Growing up in a home ruled by a father whose drug and alcohol use created an environment of verbal and physical abuse, Juan stepped up to protect his mother and siblings and create a life from the chaos. Today, he is the Executive Vice President of Business Development for BluePay Processing in Naperville, a husband, and a father. 

He shares his story of facing challenges, grabbing responsibility, and overcoming the obstacles in his path, with the community of Rochelle on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
