DESCRIPTION:Christopher Rydeberg is a young boy, age 3 who was diagnosed in October 2011 with a rare form of cancer. He has been receiving treatments in Chicago.
The Women of the Moose of Mt. Morris along with the Lions Club of Stillman Valley are holding a benefit at the Mt Morris Moose Family Center on May 19th, 2012 for young Christopher. Bring a non food household item, such as toothpaste, dish soap, laundry soap, bar soap, cleaning items...basically items that cannot be purchased with the Illinois Link Card, and receive one dollar off admission per item. A special bingo will start things off from 2:00 - 4:30 as well as a kid's fun fair with bouncy house for children. A Pasta Bar meal will be served from 4:30-7 and Raffles and drawings as well as a silent auction, are all on the agenda.
