DESCRIPTION:Sat Sept 29th the 16th Annual Scarecrow Festival will be in downtown Dixon from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. This year, the event will feature many of the fan favorites like: Pumpkin Painting, Chalk the Walk, Craft and Food Vendors, kids games, Doggy Zoo and much more. A NEW addition to the Scarecrow Festival line-up this year is the Great Downtown Pumpkin Patch featuring a field of pumpkins. Come and pick out your favorite pumpkin or try your luck at the Pumpkin Raffle. Enjoy homemade soaps, gourds, and other fall decorations! Also new this year will be the RAMINATOR Monster Truck sponsored by Ken Nelson Auto. Rides will be given on the Monster Truck starting at 10 a.m. Purchase tickets in advance for $5 at Ken Nelson Auto in Dixon. Only a limited number of rides are available.
